MHFA England's Adult Mental Health First Aid Course is designed for anyone over the age of 18. You don’t need existing knowledge of mental health, just like you don’t need a medical background to take a first aid course. We would recommend MHFA England training for anyone – just as it’s a good idea for people to have basic knowledge of physical first aid.
